Personalised messages are cards included in the order which can be sent to the recipient, these are not labels appended to the product.

All our orders are important to us and following receipt we always aim to prepare and dispatch your order the same or the following working day.

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and our competitive standard delivery is a 2-4 day service from the date it has been dispatched. During postal strikes we may use an alternative courier service to ensure your order reaches you.

All our orders are tracked and recorded.

We only ship to locations in the UK, England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland.

Our shipping prices start from just £1.50 local and £4.95 nationally and are dependent on the order, the final cost is calculated at the checkout stage.

We cannot be responsible for delays to your delivery due to courier errors, delays or parcels being lost in the system. We have no control over delivery times and only give these as a guide.

During particularly busy periods such as the run up to Easter, Halloween and Christmas, to ensure your order arrives on time please order early to avoid disappointment.
